Based on your orchestra’s size, experience, ability and repertoire, we’ll hand-pick appropriate venues just for you. We guarantee that the acoustics, stage size and venue type will be suitable for your orchestra.

Instrument & Equipment Rentals

We take care of all your instrument and equipment rental needs. Whether you need large percussion, an upright bass, or a grand piano, we’ll make sure it’s ready for you on the stage.

Temperature-Controlled Instrument Trucks

We handle your instruments with care. Upon request, we’ll book a temperature-controlled instrument truck to travel alongside your group. Your instruments are in good hands.

Instrument Insurance

Traveling with instruments can still be nerve-wracking! That’s why both our Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Insurance Plans offer instrument insurance for passengers, with the option to upgrade for additional coverage.

Instrument Storage

With Encore, your instruments will be safely stored in a separate room at the hotel, plus, we’ll work with the venues and coach driver to ensure a safe storage space for your things during your performances.

Set-Up, Sound Checks and Rehearsals

We’ll schedule plenty of time for your sound checks and rehearsals prior to each performance and we’ll work with you in advance to determine how much time you will need.

Publicity Materials

Repertoire Approval

Whether performing for a formal performance, joint or benefit concert, repertoire selection is key to a successful orchestra trip. We’ll help you select your orchestra’s touring repertoire and send to your designated venues for approval.

We’ll keep you informed of what concert attire you’ll need to bring and we’ll even book your changing rooms in advance!

Balance & Ringers

We know that your orchestra’s balance is important during your recruitment strategies. We’ll help you keep an eye on your balance through our passenger reports and can even hire ringers if you need them!

Vienna

The Musikverein is one of the most prestigious classical performance venues in the world. The globally-esteemed acoustics and architectural grandeur make the ‘Great Hall’ an unparalleled location for a classical concert. The Musikverein, home of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, has an impressive calendar of classical events. It would be a true honor for any classical performer to play here.

Mozarteum, Great Hall

The concert hall is located under the gaze of the Hohensalzburg Fortress in the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, a school specializing in the arts. It is suitable for choirs and orchestras and features a new 50 stop tracker action organ, installed in 2010! Take a virtual tour.

Shanghai Oriental Art Center

This venue offers not one, but three concert halls (Concert Hall, Opera Hall and Performance Hall ) ranging in capacity from 300 to nearly 2,000 seats. The building opened in 2005 and since has hosted professional and amateur ensembles from around the globe. The venue is probably most famous for its architectural design in which its halls are connected to resemble a butterfly orchid from the view above!

Teatro Nacional

San Jose

This gorgeous Neo-classical arts complex in central San José is considered to be the finest historical building in the capital city. Its interior contains lavish furnishings and décor. The theater’s use is highly limited and requires that groups go through a selection process prior to admission for performing. We are proud to offer this venue for our talented and inspiring groups who travel to Costa Rica.

Rudolfinum

Prague

This beautiful Neo-Renaissance Hall in the heart of Prague is one of the oldest concert halls in Europe. Built in the late 1800’s, the structure contributed greatly to the development of Czechoslovakia as it housed the seat of the state parliment during the world wars. Today it is home to the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, many classical concerts, and is one of the main venues of the Prague Spring International Music Festival. It’s excellent acoustics make it a wonderful venue for symphony orchestras.

Smetana Hall

Named after the late Romantic composer, Bed’ich Smetana, this stunning Art Nouveau building was designed by noted architects of the era Osvald Poivka and Antonin Balsanek. Both architects worked hard to perfect the venues excellent acoustics. Smetana Hall’s impressive program of events throughout the year include the world-famous Prague Spring Festival. This is a truly exceptional setting for any classical performance!

Herkulessaal at the Residenz

Munich

Herkulessaal, or Hercules Hall, is a 1,270 seat hall used for concerts, ceremonies, lectures, and conferences. It is located inside the beautiful royal palace of the Bavarian monarchs in the center of Munich. Today the complex, known as the Munich Residenz, contains ten courtyards, beautiful gardens, and a stunning interior. There are over 130 rooms on display inside and your group could have a chance to experience and perform in this incredible palace.

Harpa

The Harpa concert hall, which opened in 2011, is now a distinguished European venue with four concert halls and two informal performance areas. Notable spaces include the Eldborg Main Hall (up to 1,800 attendees), Norðurljós Recital Hall (seating for 520), Silfurberg Conference Hall for large performances, and the Kaldalón Auditorium for small ensembles.

Slovak Radio Hall

This contemporary building, which replicates an inverted pyramid was built in 1983. This hall provides excellent acoustics and hosts many professional music groups. The Radio Hall is the home of the Symphony Orchestra of the Slovak Radio and the Children Choir of the Slovak Radio.

This theater is known for its interior and exterior beauty, particularly the unique stage curtain featuring images from Greek mythology. Said to have an acoustic quality similar to New York’s Metropolitan Opera, this performance venue is a must when visiting Argentina.

Palau de la Musica Catalan

Barcelona

This breathtaking concert hall was built in the early 1900s in the middle of Barcelona. Along with the stunning stained glass dome ceiling, the structure includes a number of statues and designs that stand as homages to specific musical works. The concert hall is the only hall in Europe to be lit during daylight hours solely by natural light. This UNESCO World Heritage Site seats approximately 2,200 people and has seen performances by various artists ranging from Strauss, Stravinsky, Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington and more!
