What Does Performance Travel Look Like in 2022?

We’re thrilled about the return of travel, and it’s an amazing feeling to once again have our groups performing in fantastic international venues! Our staff is dedicated to delivering fully customizable performance tours to destinations around the world, and there’s nothing we find more satisfying than assembling a diverse collection of people who want to share in the universal language of music.

Recently, one of our groups performed at St. Agnese, a beautiful seventeenth-century Baroque church in Rome, Italy. The church has always served as a cultural gathering point for the city, with concerts throughout the year, but this year the crowd seemed particularly appreciative to come together and share in the language of music.

After the past two years, we know that there’s a lot of pent-up demand for travel, and people are itching to get back out on the road. We also know there are real concerns about what international travel may look like in 2022. As our first groups landed overseas, it was hard to know who was more excited to travel—the directors and their ensembles or our amazing tour managers who thrive on sharing their culture with our groups.
