Hello, I’m Matthew LaMondia, the Program Manager at Encore Tours. Once your itinerary has been composed, I become your primary contact for pre-trip logistics. From concert management to rooming lists, billing inquiries, and more, I act as your liaison to the behind-the-scenes Encore team. I work closely with your Tour Consultant to ensure that the unique needs of your group are fulfilled and that everything runs smoothly through the conclusion of your performance tour. My focus on the pre-departure details allows you to concentrate on your ensemble, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable journey.
