Day 1 Overnight Flight

Departure from Denver International Airport on your overnight flight to Vienna.

Day 2 Vienna

Welcome to Austria! Upon arrival, meet your Encore Experiences Tour Manager and transfer to the city center and the elegant Ringstrasse for check-in at the historic Sacher Hotel. This afternoon, visit the Palace used by the Vienna Boys Choir to enjoy a guided tour of the facility ending with a private concert by the Vienna Boys Choir. Follow this amazing experience with a pre-dinner cocktail reception atop St. Stephen's Cathedral, offering privileged access and breathtaking views of Vienna's skyline. Return to the Sacher Hotel for time to freshen up before a sumptuous dinner at the Sacher Hotel, complete with their signature Sacher Torte for dessert. (D)

Day 3 Vienna

This morning, a guided city sightseeing tour of Vienna will show you attractions like the Ringstrasse, Opera House, and Belvedere Palace. The afternoon is free as you prepare to attend Rossini's Barber of Seville from premium seats at the Vienna State Opera this evening. During intermission, enjoy a refreshing break in a private room where champagne and passed canapés are served. Return to the Sacher Hotel after this evening's performance. (B, R)

Day 4 Vienna

After a delicious buffet breakfast at your hotel, travel to nearby Eisenstadt for a guided visit to the Esterhazy Palace followed by a tour of the Palace vineyard and private wine tasting featuring the crisp white wines of the region accompanied by delicious local cheeses and bread. Return to Vienna for a private tour of Schönbrunn Palace and a free evening with dinner on your own. (B, D)

Day 5 Salzburg

After breakfast at the Sacher Hotel, check out of your hotel and depart for Salzburg. Arrive later this morning in Salzburg and check in at the Sacher Hotel Salzburg, from where all points of interest in this musical city are accessible by foot. This evening, dine by candlelight with the beautiful sounds of a string quartet, all with the gorgeous view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress. (B, D)

Day 6 Salzburg

Experience the beauty of Salzburg through a guided tour that showcases attractions such as Mozart’s Birthplace for a private tour, including a special piano concert just for the Centennial Series donors! Also included are Hellbrunn Palace and its breathtaking gardens. Enjoy a free evening in Salzburg. (B)

Day 7 Salzburg

Enjoy a relaxing morning in Salzburg after your breakfast at the Sacher Hotel. This afternoon you will be treated to a private organ concert at the Salzburg Cathedral followed by a guided hike in the scenic mountains. (B)

Day 8 Munich

After breakfast and check-out at the Sacher, depart for Bavaria. En route to Munich, visit the opulent Palace of King Ludwig II, Neuschwanstein, built and decorated highlighting the king's passion for the music of Richard Wagner. Continue to the capital city of Munich for hotel check-in at the elegant Mandarin Oriental Hotel. This central location is perfect for exploring this charming city on your own. (B)

Day 9 Munich

Immerse yourself in Munich's beauty during a guided sightseeing tour in the morning. Discover the captivating Marienplatz with its renowned Glockenspiel and vibrant Viktualienmarkt. This afternoon and evening are yours. (B)

Day 10 Munich

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a private guided tour of Nymphenburg Palace and its elegant gardens. The afternoon is free before your festive farewell dinner in Munich. (B, D)

Day 11 Departure

Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the United States. (B)
