Itinerary

DAY 1: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT

Departure from the United States.

DAY 2: ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

Welcome to the beautiful Czech Republic! After passing through customs and collecting your luggage, meet your Tour Manager and driver for transfer to České Budějovice in Southern Bohemia. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and after a quick tour briefing, have dinner in a nearby restaurant.

DAY 3: ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

This morning, depart to nearby Český Krumlov. This charming town dates back to the middle ages and boasts an unusually large castle for its size, second only to the Hradcany Castle in Prague. Located in the heart of Bohemia, it is known for its outstanding beauty and is designated a World Heritage Site. Here, you will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the highlights on foot followed by some free time for lunch on your own. This afternoon, head to a local town for rehearsal and preparation for your first concert. Have dinner in a restaurant before returning to Ceske Budejovice for the overnight.

DAY 4: OLOMOUC

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and depart for Moravia. This traditional region of central Europe served as the center of a major medieval kingdom, known as Great Moravia, before being incorporated into the kingdom of Bohemia in the 11th century. En route, you will visit the lovely town of Brno which is the capital of the region. Have some free time for lunch on your own. Continue on to Olomouc, where you will check in to your hotel, followed by dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 5: OLOMOUC

After breakfast, journey to nearby Kroměříž, a UNESCO Heritage Site and home to the Kroměříž Bishop's Palace where some scenes from Amadeus were filmed. Enjoy a half day at leisure to explore and have lunch on your own. This afternoon, prepare for your next performance. Tonight, give a full concert to the people of Moravia! Have dinner before returning to Olomouc for the overnight.

DAY 6: PRAGUE

Check out of your hotel this morning and depart for Prague, one of Central Europe's most beautiful cities! Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and have some time for an orientation walk with your Tour Manager. Have dinner together as a group this evening.

DAY 7: PRAGUE

Wake up in the capital city of Prague, the perfectly preserved jewel of the Czech Republic. After breakfast, take a guided walking tour of historic Prague. See the major highlights of this beautiful city as you pass through the Castle district, the Lesser Town, on to Charles Bridge, through the Old Town and to the medieval Astronomical Clock. In the afternoon, travel to your performance venue and get ready to perform your next concert. Have dinner together in a local restaurant before turning in for the night.

DAY 8: PRAGUE

Entire morning is free to explore at your leisure. You may wish to visit the grand St. Vitus Cathedral, marvel at its stunning stained glass and climb up the tower to discover the amazing view of the city below. Or, venture to the Jewish Quarter to visit the Museum, Europe's oldest surviving Jewish cemetery, the Holocaust Memorial, or one of the many synagogues. You could also relax and spend your time sipping coffee at a classical cafe. This afternoon, reassemble to begin rehearsal for your final concert. Afterward, celebrate your successful concert tour to the Czech Republic with a farewell dinner cruise on the River Vltava.

DAY 9: DEPARTURE
