You will see Princes Street, Charlotte Square, Holyrood Palace, the famous Royal Mile and finally Edinburgh Castle, where you will have time to visit and explore together. Enjoy some time at leisure before having dinner at a local restaurant this evening. In the evening, perform your debut concert!
Today's journey will take you through the Trossachs, famous for its local legend, Rob Roy McGregor. You will first visit Stirling for lunch on your own and a visit to the famous Castle that was fundamental in Scottish history. Next, continue on to Loch Lomond for a cruise on the lake! Return to Edinburgh and enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant.
This morning, travel south through the scenic lowlands of Scotland, via the woolen town of Moffat and Gretna Green, one of the most popular wedding destinations in the world. Continue into the English Lake District, a well-known source of inspiration for many English writers, poets, and luminaries due to its exceptional beauty. Upon arrival in Liverpool, check in to the hotel and have dinner together.
This morning, enjoy sightseeing with your Tour Manager to include the Albert Dock area, a UNESCO designated heritage site. In the afternoon, transfer to a local venue for your next performance! The remainder of the day will be at leisure. Dinner is included this evening at the hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel, travel south to Wales through the Wye Valley that offered inspiration to Britain's composer, Elgar, for his Enigma Variations. On arrival in Cardiff, check in to your hotel and have some time to explore on your own or as a group. This evening, you will have a special banquet dinner at Caldicot Castle complete with traditional medieval entertainment!
Enjoy a guided city tour this morning including a visit to the St. Fagan's National History Museum; located in the grounds of the magnificent St. Fagan's Castle, it is a late 16th-century manor house donated to the people of Wales by the Earl of Plymouth. This afternoon, perform your next concert, followed by a group dinner!
Drive into England this morning and to the lovely city of Bath where you will have entrance to the Roman Baths and time for lunch on your own. Continue on and enjoy a visit to the ancient site of Stonehenge where you can imagine the sunrise rites that are said to have occurred there over 4,000 years ago. Next stop, London! Check in to your hotel and enjoy a group dinner.
This morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour of London! You will see the major sights and journey through history as you pass by Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. Return to your hotel to prepare for tonight's performance and have an early dinner.
After breakfast, embark on another sightseeing tour where you will visit the Tower of London, a former prison, palace and fortress! Here, see Beefeaters and the crown jewels exhibit, one of the most expensive collections in the world. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore and shop for souvenirs. This evening, enjoy a special farewell dinner together in a local restaurant to end a successful tour of Great Britain!
