After checking into your hotel, enjoy a welcome dinner together to kick off the tour. (D) Day 2 Halifax Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided tour of the Halifax Citadel Historic Site, founded in 1749 as a principal naval station of the British Empire. You’ll also visit the cemetery where many Titanic passengers were buried. After some free time for lunch downtown, spend the afternoon exploring the Halifax Public Gardens.
