Welcome to Encore Tours! If you’ve recently registered as a participant on a tour with us, here’s an overview about My Account, which you’ll need access to in order to make online payments. What’s “My Account”? My Account is a password protected site that includes all the details for your upcoming trip. Here are a few key things you can do within My Account: Access your trip’s day-by-day itinerary Read notes from your Group Leader Make online payments Enroll in Automatic Payments Update your contact information Update your passport information Change your login and password Finding Your My Account Login & Password Your Welcome Email A few days after you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with your My Account login and password. Your First Invoice You can also access your My Account login or password from your invoice that we email or mail to you each time a payment is due. If you’ve registered and haven’t received a welcome email, please contact Client Services at 877-795-0813 or accounts@encoretours.com Making Payments Once you’ve successfully logged into My Account, you can make a one-time online payment or enroll in Automatic Payments from the menu under Manage Your Account. When you pay online through your checking account, you will avoid the credit card fee!
